All orders are shipped with confirmation delivery. Orders over $100 come with signature delivery meaning you will need to sign for the package. Orders are sent out within 24-48 hours of payment. SHIPPING IS AS FOLLOWS: $5.00 for the first knife and $.75 each additional knife. Small or mini knives are $4.00 for the first and $.50 each additonal. Anything larger than an average knife or is heavy in weight is $1.00 up to $5.00 each additional item depending on size. For money orders click on the money order section, print that invoice off and include with all money orders. The shopping cart will calculate the shipping for money orders. All orders 13 oz. or larger or any knife larger than an average pocket knife goes PRIORITY MAIL 2-4 DAYS! ALL ORDERS MUST BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS PROVIDED ON THE CREDIT CARD. If you want your order shipped elseware you will need to send a money order. We do not accept merchandise returned without ORIGINAL PACKAGING if merchandise was shipped with retail packaging. We expect merchandise to be sent back in the EXACT CONDITION it was received in.
Defective knives: You have 3 business days from the date the merchandise was received to put it back into the mail and ship your item back with invoice # and day you ordered it. We are fully aware of all dates and times merchandise is received by purchaser. There is no need to call us or email us if you have a defective knife , you can simply send it back for a new hand picked one as long as it is within the terms and conditions. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS ONLY EXCHANGES. If you return a knife we can exchange it for the same knife or give you a different knife or knives for the same cost of what you sent back. If you want something different than what you sent back make sure you leave a note in the package of what you want. When you send back a knife we will throw in a knife to cover the cost of the shipping charges it cost to send back. This means if you send back one knife it should be first class and not priority. You will get a knife that will cover first class shipping only. If you send more than 13 ounces then you can send it priority and we will cover the cost with a knife. If you dont want a knife for the shipping cost you can apply the shipping cost to your exchange. This means if you send back a 5 dollar knife and it cost $2.50 for shipping you can get a $7.50 knife instead.
We offer a Limited Guarantee on all of our products to be free of defects. Any merchandise that has been unassembled or tampered with WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED! This VOIDS the LIMITED GUARANTEE we offer immediately. There are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. If you have problems logging back in that would mean you got erased and will have to register again. ALL FRANK BELTRAME KNIVES are sold as is no refunds or exchanges will be given. Beltrame knives are hand made and hand checked before they get shipped.
